Spanning 9 years of unrivalled quality and customer satisfaction, serving the nation and adding momentum to the economic progress and adding value to the ever changing skyline.

Introduction of Super Top Building Contracting
Super Top Building Contracting and its affiliated companies have more than 20 years of service in the industry. We specialize in building civil works such as block installation and plaster application as well as building structural works and carpentry. Over the years, we were able to expand to seven different contracting companies that are all owned and managed by Mr. Abdalla Mohamed Elsayed Mahran. Established with a vision to meet the increasing business challenges. Professional management, marketing resources and client service concept allowed it to pursue an active plan of expansion by increasing its customerbase to enhance business activities and develop mutually profitable and healthy long-term relationships with our clients and the commitment to provide quality services are the key to our business growth and the achievement of our objectives.
- The execution of a project as per contract requirements and to the satisfaction of the Contractor, Engineer and Client.
- Constantly aims to improve the overall quality of services delivered and performance by correcting and preventing the nonconformities and deficiencies.
- To nurture good relationships with Contractor, Engineer and Client by effective communications and encouraging feedback.
- To document and measure quality objectives and targets through internal audit and management review.
- Provision of safe working conditions and safe systems and methods of work, while also minimizing the effects on the surrounding environment
Quality Control Policy:
- Installation of blocks including fixing of accessories.
- Application of plaster including fixing of accessories, surface preparation and application of rush coat.
- Formwork to slab, columns, core & shear walls, etc.
- Rebar fixing and concrete casting.

The Health, Safety and Welfare of Employees are of prime importance to the Company. • Provide complete personal protective equipment to all workers.
• Adequate facilities for consultation between Management and Employee representatives.
• Strict compliance to health and safety standard practices implemented at project sites.
